Standard Shipping (Recommended)

  • Cost: $12.95 flat rate
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping

Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote areas). Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes
  • Delivery times may vary based on destination country

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our RC parts like we stand behind our racers. If your purchase didn’t meet expectations, our return process is smoother than a well-tuned suspension.

Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery if they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, these items cannot be returned:

  • Paints (due to chemical handling restrictions)
  • HOT SALE clearance items (as marked on product pages)
  • Opened electronics & accessories (for hygiene reasons)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 24-48 hours (faster than a nitro engine warm-up), we’ll email you:

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  • Return shipping address
  • Special instructions if applicable

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your items (we recommend original packaging) and include:

  • Completed return form (provided with your RMA)
  • Copy of your invoice or packing slip

Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
Once received at our warehouse:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Exchanges: New items shipped within 2 business days after inspection

Refund Information

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-10 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal: Typically within 24 hours of processing

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective/wrong items.

Exchange Information

  • We’ll cover standard shipping for replacement items

  • If the replacement costs more, you’ll pay the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your RC parts arrive damaged or defective (which is rare – we quality-check every component like it’s going to the championships):

  • We’ll typically send a replacement immediately
  • You may not need to return the original item (we’ll advise)

International Returns

For our global RC enthusiasts:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
